These terms apply to using VIOIV at vioiv.shop and purchasing the products offered here. Read them with the product information, checkout disclosures, Shipping & Delivery policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and selected options
A crochet kit, a digital PDF pattern and a finished piece are different purchase options. Check the selected style, colour, included contents and digital or physical format before paying. Product images illustrate the design; handmade details and colours can vary, but the item must still meet its description and applicable consumer requirements.
Availability and the price for your selected option are shown on the product page and during checkout. The order total, available payment methods and any delivery charges or discounts are presented during checkout. An item in a cart is not a guarantee that stock is reserved.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate order, contact and delivery information, and use a payment method you are entitled to use. Payment is handled through the services offered at checkout, including PayPal when available. Those providers may apply their own terms and checks.
An order acknowledgement records receipt of your order; payment, fulfilment and any further order status are communicated through the order process. If an item is unavailable or a material error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options and any refund required by the circumstances or applicable law. We do not apply an undisclosed price increase to a completed order.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery availability, charges and estimates follow the product and checkout information and our Shipping & Delivery policy. For cancellation, damaged or incorrect items, digital-content issues or a return request, use the process in our Return Policy. Mandatory rights take priority over any inconsistent wording here.
Accounts and digital access
Keep account and tutorial access details secure. You are responsible for information you submit and for notifying us if you believe your account has been misused. You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization needed to place an order. Follow each product’s age and safety guidance; small parts and tools may require responsible adult supervision.
Patterns, instructions and tutorial videos remain protected content. Unless a product expressly grants a different licence, purchase provides personal access and use, not permission to copy, resell, publicly upload or distribute the files, videos, access codes or account access. Any separately stated product licence and rights provided by law still apply.
Download or tutorial availability and any access limits follow the product and order information. If a link or file does not work, contact us. We do not promise uninterrupted access or an access duration that has not been stated for the product.
Reviews, questions and acceptable use
Submit only content you are entitled to share and feedback that reflects your actual experience. Do not include private information about another person, abusive material or misleading claims. We may moderate submissions for relevance, safety, privacy and lawful operation.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, misuse another person’s account or redistribute protected content. We may take appropriate steps to address misuse while respecting rights and obligations that apply to an existing purchase.
Third-party services and our responsibility
Payment and embedded-video services have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to VIOIV’s sale of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods or digital content.
Questions and changes
Contact VIOIV through our Contact page with questions about these terms or an order. We may update the terms for future use of the store; the date above identifies this version. Updates do not remove rights already arising from a purchase or any mandatory protection that applies to you.
