Available destinations and delivery options depend on the items and address entered at checkout. The delivery charges and any shipping promotion that apply to your order are shown during checkout. A promotion or destination shown for one order may not apply to another.

If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, or a charge is unclear, please contact us before ordering. International shipments may also be subject to local customs requirements or import charges; check the rules for your destination and ask us if you need clarification before purchase.

Processing and delivery estimates

Any processing or delivery estimates provided on a product page, at checkout or in order communications are estimates. Availability, custom work, carriers, customs and local conditions can affect timing. PDF patterns and tutorials

Digital PDFs are not sent as physical parcels and do not require postal delivery. Download and tutorial access follow the instructions, eligibility and any limits supplied with the product or order. Please check the selected option: a PDF pattern, crochet kit and finished piece are different products.

Addresses, missing parcels and damage

Check your address carefully before paying. If it needs correcting, contact us promptly with your order number; we will check whether a change is still possible and explain any applicable cost before proceeding.
